I’m looking for a residential machine. Big job, over 3000 square feet of tile. I’d like something that will really clean the surface nicely and pick up the dirty water.
Can’t seem to find anything on consumer reports for bare floor cleaner reviews?!?!?

You’d probably be better off with a commercial mop and bucket than any kind of residential machine for routine maintenance on that kind of area. You can wash, rinse, dry or damp mop a floor surprisingly quickly with a good cotton mop. For a strip and wax or heavy cleaning you could rent or buy a small commercial scrubber / buffer. No residential machine would do a proper job of that anyway.
We have a hoover all terain Cleaner. It sucks up the water afterwards. It works great, even cleans the grout. Plus it works on carpet and sealed hard wood floors.
Bissell makes a variety of floor cleaners. If you’re looking for one that will mean less trips to dump the dirty water, a residential one probably won’t do the trick.
