…get 2 mop heads, one for cleaning and another for applying the sealer. it’s easy to do. talk to the people working at the janitorial supply place and they should give you the right stuff to use. also, read the bottles! they come with directions and dilution ratios for the cleaner. the sealer is ready to use. if the janitorial supply place can’t help then google a carpet cleaning supply place. happy cleaning

I had that problem in my own house once. here’s the best thing i can tell you. google a local janitorial supply company in your area. go there! don’t try this over the phone. they won’t have time to discuss your problems over the phone. they deal with licensed professionals… ask them for an alkaline cleaner and a high solids tile sealer. you can get glossy or matte finish. all you’re really gonna need is those chemicals and get a good string mop too…

I’m still having problems shipping, looks like i have to take classes to get certified?! so, i’m currently only sending orders locally, Brevard County Florida. I’m working on that certified thing though. Hopefully I’ll be shipping nationwide soon!

    hi kristen…
thank you for your informative video(s)… we will definately consider your methods & products for making our apartments (ceramic tile floors + showers) ready again… after tenant move-out…
do you have any suggestions (regarding ceramic tile & grout) for:
    (1) removing soap scum + hard water build up?…
    (2) re-coloring grout?…
    (3) making the tile shiny again?…
    thank you!…

i wouldn’t use the stuff at the hardware stores, they’re just not very strong. goto my web site, the order page will be open by the end of today. I’m updating it as I reply. You can get everything you need from my site. I also 100% guarantee my chemicals.

you mean a pressure washer? That would be messy. It would work but you still want to get good chemicals. Also you would want to inspect your grout for cracks. To much pressure could blow your grout out. Also, lots of water can cause problems down the road. If water travels through the grout and makes it to the subfloor where the mud is it could eventually begin to loosen the thinset.
I think just trying to blast your grout clean w/o chemicals will be lots of work and won’t remove all the stains

obviously like your web site however you need to test the spelling on several of your posts. Several of them are rife with spelling issues and I in finding it very bothersome to inform the reality then again I will surely come again again.
